Since 2012, Dress for Success San Jose has provided resources and a continuing network of support to more than 4,000 women* as they move through their professional journeys.

Career Wardrobe
Job ready women work one-on-one with a volunteer personal shopper who helps her select professional attire. Women receive positive reinforcement and a boost of confidence as they head into an interview.
Workforce Development
Our Career Center is the anchor to our Workforce Development programs - offering a physical and digital space for many levels of support. This includes virtual and in-person workshops, cohort-style programming, and individual career coaching on resume writing, interview prep, online job search tips, career plan development and more.
Employment Retention
Success is not only about landing a job. It’s about building a career and achieving your professional & personal goals. The Professional Women’s Group (PWG) is an employment retention program for women who have secured employment and are seeking to enhance their career.
