About Us

The mission of Dress for Success San Jose is to empower women to achieve economic independence by providing a network of support, professional attire and the development tools to help women thrive in work and in life.

Dress for Success San Jose was founded in 2012, as a sister office to Dress for Success San Francisco. We have provided career development services and retention programs to over 4,000 women throughout San Jose, Santa Clara County and the Greater Bay Area. Our team is made up of six staff members and fourteen Board members.

We love working each day to support women throughout the Bay Area and hope to meet you soon!
