Using her degree in Management, she is interested in the methods around achieving high performance and the science of organizational strategy and behavior. She is a cyclist and a volunteer at Grace Cathedral. Patricia's intention is to help you in your commendable journey by giving you tips I've learned from navigating two career changes and evolving over the years in the tech industry.
