Description: At Dress for Success, we believe Financial Independence is sustainable by understanding and having a healthy relationship with your finances. You work hard for your money, this program is designed to help you find ways to make your money work hard for you!
Wrap up the summer with this FREE 7-part financial literacy series from Dress for Success San Jose sponsored by Capital One Financial. This series has been set-up specifically for current and future women in the Dress for Success San Jose community. Each class is led by certified financial advisors.

8/17/2022 - Introduction to Personal Finance
8/24/2022 - Assessing My Financial Health
8/31/2022 - Managing My Income & Expenditure
9/7/2022- Finance & My Career
9/14/2022 - Banking, Credit & Investing/ Building My Financial Independence
9/21/2022 - Finance & My family
9/28/2022 - Finance & My Retirement/ Planning My Financial Future
This is a very limited event. Before registering, please keep in mind:
-Attendees are required to attend all 7 classes offered.
-Each week you will receive coursework to be completed before the next class. With each course work completed, you will earn dollars. The maximum amount of dollars that can be earned through the 7 weeks is $100.
-Participants must complete the program exit forms.
-Dress for Success San Jose staff will conduct follow up outreach periodically after the program concludes.
This event is FREE for all employed and underemployed women who have not taken this program with Dress for Success San Jose in the past.
